- Local farmers line up at the Al Rasheed Land Owners Association headquarters in Al Rasheed, Dec. 17, to receive plastic for their crops. The plastic will allow farmers to create greenhouses to protect their crops from the winter cold. The association distributed the plastic without coalition help, taking a large step in becoming a self-sufficient organization.
