Royal Engineers from the 60th HQ, 39 Engineer Regiment, stationed at Kinloss Barracks in Scotland, partnered with the 165th Civil Engineer Squadron, Georgia National Guard, January 21-28, 2022 during an interoperability exercise called FLYING ROSE in Savannah, Georgia. Some of the projects the engineers worked on included minor flight line repairs, priming and painting barracks rooms, carpet installation, a restroom renovation as well as some routine upkeep in a military K-9 cemetery at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia located near the 117th Air Control Squadron.
