Royal Engineers from the 60th HQ, 39 Engineer Regiment, stationed at Kinloss Barracks in Scotland, partnered with the 165th Civil Engineer Squadron, Georgia National Guard, January 21-28, 2022 during an interoperability exercise called FLYING ROSE in Savannah, Georgia.
