    NAVAL BASE GUAM (Jan. 31, 2022) - Vice Adm. Yancy Lindsey, (left or right), Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) shakes hands with Navy Diver 1st Class Matthew Coleman during a luncheon at Torpedoes and Tomahawks restaurant onboard U.S. Naval Base Guam during an official site visit Jan. 31. NBG is one of 70 installations worldwide overseen by CNIC, providing services to the fleet, fighter, and families. While at NBG, Lindsey was briefed on the installation and tenant commands' missions, toured facilities including Polaris Point, Unaccompanied Housing, and various wharves and piers.
