Amanda Kopecky, the 773d Civil Engineer Squadron Emergency Management Training noncommissioned officer in charge, directs 773d CES Emergency Management technicians at a mock radiation incident on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 2, 2022.
