Amanda Kopecky, a 773d Civil Engineer Squadron Emergency Management Training noncommissioned officer in charge, evaluates 773d CES Emergency Management technicians during a mock radiation incident on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 2, 2022.
