U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Gene Choi, and Lt. Col Benjamin Flosi, along with their Infrastructure and Economics teammates on the 38G Government Functional Specialty Team, 351st Civil Affairs Command, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), conduct a mini-working group prior to a partnership meeting during Keen Edge 22, Camp Smith, Hawaii.
Held Jan. 26 – Feb. 3, KE22 is a bilateral Japan Joint Staff and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command level post exercise allowing planning and conducting of operations against all domain competitors. KE22 allowed functional specialty team members the opportunity to integrate with interagency partners and demonstrate the knowledge and expertise Civil Affairs Soldiers bring to crisis, contingency, and combat operations.
