Members of the Fort Drum Culinary Arts Team have been practicing their skills and techniques since January at the Culinary Arts Center on post in preparation for the 46th Joint Culinary Training Exercise, March 2-11, at Fort Lee, Virginia. The event is the largest military culinary competition in North America. The Fort Drum Culinary Arts Team will compete in several categories this year, including Student Chef Team of the Year, Student Chef of the Year, Armed Forces Chef of the Year, Nutritional Hot Food Challenge and Pastry Chef of the Year.
