U.S. Army Soldiers attending the Basic Leader Course at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy Hawaii team up to flip a tire during the Academy's PT Competition.
Towards the end of each training cycle, the students compete against each other in teams as they fight to claim the title of strongest platoon. This event is a high motivator for many of the Students in attendance, strengthening bonds and encouraging each Soldier to work together.
