Aviation systems electrician Spc. William Arms, 1st Brigade, 10th Mountain Division's, Special Troops Battalion, assists New York Sen. Charles Schumer in the launching of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle during his visit to Forward Operating Base Warrior in Kirkuk, Iraq, Jan. 1. Schumer spent New Year's Day meeting with Soldiers and Airmen from New York and touring the FOB in northeastern Iraq.
