During the ceremony, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Neal Young was relieved by Cmdr. Michael Riley. VFA-115 is an F/A-18E Super Hornet strike fighter squadron, assigned to Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, operating from MCAS Iwakuni.
