Neal Young, the former commanding officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 115 (VFA-115) taxis under streams of water during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Apr. 7, 2022. During the ceremony, Young was relieved by Cmdr. Michael Riley. VFA-115 is an F/A-18E Super Hornet strike fighter squadron, assigned to Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, operating from MCAS Iwakuni.
