    Petty Officer 2nd Class Jaclyn King, of Kailua, Hawaii, places a coin on a "fallen comrade" display for Petty Officer 1st Class Victor Jeffries during a memorial service held in a chapel at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Jan. 5. Jeffries, 52, from Honolulu, died Dec. 31 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident outside Kuwait City on Christmas Eve day. Jeffries was a public affairs petty officer assigned to U.S. Navy Customs Battalion, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group and deployed to Kuwait to support Operation Iraqi Freedom, October 2007.
