Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., commanding general, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, recognizes Master Sgt. Jamel C. Fulks, senior enlisted advisor, 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, ahead of a transfer of authority ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, May 4, 2022. Russell presented Fulks with an award for serving as the senior enlisted advisor for the 1st TSC operational command post. During the ceremony, 3rd ESC transferred the mission to the Birmingham, Alabama, based 135th Expeditionary Sustainment Command.
