A U.S. Army Soldier with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) conducts Critical Task Evaluations and Long Range Shot at Camp "Bull" Simons, Fla., during the Best Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) / Special Operations Team Alpha (SOT-A) Assessment, April 27, 2022. Twenty-one ODA teams from all battalions participated in a three-day assessment for the Best ODA / SOT-A. The teams participating in the assessment demonstrated their readiness and re-enforced the fact that they are prepared to compete, deter, and win in any conflict; validating 7th SFG (A)’s role in the global environment.
