Rear Adm. Walter E. Carter Jr., commander of the Enterprise Carrier Strike Group, participates in a 5K run on the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN 65). Enterprise is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
