Tyler Foutz, an explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician with 1st EOD Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group, monitors Chief Agent Jose Cristovao Guedes Madeira, a member of the Timor-Leste National Police (PNTL) EOD team, conducting hook-and-line techniques which allows remote operation against potential explosive threats during the classroom portion of the Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) training program in Dili, Timor-Leste, May 11, 2022.
