Da Costa De Sousa, a member of the Timor-Leste National Police (PNTL) explosive ordnance disposal team conducts hook-and-line vehicle access techniques, which allows remote operation against potential explosive threats, during the classroom portion of the Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) training program in Dili, Timor-Leste, May 11, 2022.
