Coast Guard Cutters Joseph Tezanos and Donald Horsley interdict an illegal voyage May 16, 2022, approximately 15 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The cutter Joseph Tezanos crew embarked all 22 passengers, 19 Dominican and three Haitians.
