ATLANTIC OCEAN (May 12, 2022) Senior Chief Fire-Controlman David Yanvary, assigned to combat systems department aboard Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11), instructs shipmates on the proper use of Drone Restricted Access using Known Electronic Warfare (DRAKE) module, May 12. Sioux City is operating in the Atlantic Ocean in support of naval operations to maintain maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S. Allied and partner interests.
