Alex Gagalac, the twin brother of Sgt. Alexander Gagalac, etches his brother's name onto a piece of paper from a memorial wall that sits outside the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team headquarters on Schofield Barracks prior to the Sgt. Gagalac Memorial Hall dedication ceremony, May 13, 2022. Gagalac was assigned to the Bronco Brigade when he was killed in action during Operation Iraqi Freedom when a rocket propelled grenade hit his Humvee in Hawijah, Iraq, Sept. 9, 2007.
