BALTIMORE, Maryland (May 31, 2022) - From left, Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Ryan Impallaria, and Personnel Specialist 1st Class John Garlets of Navy Reserve Center (NRC) Baltimore man mooring lines to ease historic ship USS Constellation into its new berth at Pier 1 of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Navy Reserve Center Baltimore Sailors assisted in shifting USS Constellation to its new berth at Pier 1 as part of a working relationship between the command and Historic Ships in Baltimore, an organization dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of several historic ships and sites in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
