Jean Manes, U.S. Southern Command’s Civilian Deputy to the Commander, speaks during a panel of senior Department of Defense leaders who discussed the Women, Peace and Security initiative during the U.S. Southern Command Senior Leader Logistics Symposium at the command headquarters.
