MIAMI (June 15, 2022) – The President of the Defense Security Cooperation University, Dr. Celeste Ward Gventer, speaks during a panel of senior Department of Defense leaders who discussed the Women, Peace and Security initiative during the U.S. Southern Command Senior Leader Logistics Symposium at the command headquarters.
