Capt. Jose E. Diaz addresses the audience during the unit's change of command ceremony in San Juan, Puerto Rico June 16, 2022. During the ceremony, Capt. Diaz relieved Capt. Gregory H. Magee as the commander of Sector San Juan. Capt.
