U.S. Air Force Maj. Karl Agudo, outgoing commander of the 378th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron, relinquishes command to Brig. Gen. William Betts, commander of the 378th Air Expeditionary Wing, during the unit's change of command ceremony at Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 24, 2022. During the change of command ceremony Maj. Jacques Lamoureux assumed command. The primary purpose of a change of command is for subordinates to witness an officer formally assume responsibility, authority and accountability for the unit.
