YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 8, 2022) – The Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Color Guard parades the colors at a change of command ceremony onboard, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. During the ceremony, Capt. Les Sobol relieved Capt. Rich Jarrett as commanding officer of CFAY during a change of command ceremony. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
