Barbara and 1st Lt. Robert “Bob” Wolff walk down the aisle after getting married July 8, 1945, in California. Wolff was a B-17 Flying Fortress pilot with the 100th Bomb Group, Thorpe Abbotts, England, during World War II, and kept as a prisoner-of-war at Stalag Luft III, Germany, for approximately 18 months.
