220716-N-UF592-1024 SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 16, 2022) Sailors gather in the command religious ministries department theater aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during a Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) bystander intervention training. The course is designed to educate Ronald Reagan Sailors on methods and skills they can use to intervene in alcohol-related scenarios. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States, and supports alliances, partnerships and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
