PHILIPPINE SEA (July 5, 2022) A Sailor aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) connects a surf block to a highline during a replenishment-at-sea with Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202). Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
