PHILIPPINE SEA (July 5, 2022) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Gustavo Ramirez, from Visalia, California, disconnects the highline aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a replenishment-at-sea with Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202). Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
