Emily Seaton, the HEART 22 public affairs officer, unload medical supplies July 23, 2022, at Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. HEART 22 is a Humanitarian Engagements Assistance Response Team, U.S. Southern Command operation that evolved out of the longstanding effort to improve regional prosperity. This operation is a physical representation of partner nation support, in this case through integrated surgical teams and medical equipment to help alleviate strain on the medical system.
