Medical supplies are set aside after being unloaded by U.S. service members with the Health Engagements Assistance Response Team (HEART) 2022 July 23, 2022, at Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. HEART 22 is a Humanitarian Engagements Assistance Response Team, U.S. Southern Command operation that evolved out of the longstanding effort to improve regional prosperity. This operation is a physical representation of partner nation support, in this case through integrated surgical teams and medical equipment to help alleviate strain on the medical system.
