A paratrooper from the 5th Ranger Training Battalion (RTB) prepares to jump out of a Blackhawk. A cadre member from the 5th RTB prepares to exit the Blackhawk in order perform his quarterly jump to stay current with his jumping qualifications. Paratroopers are required to jump four times a year, the RTB allows jumpers to have multiple jumps in order to be proficient at their craft.
