Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Technical Director Dale Sisson Jr., SES, and University of the District of Columbia (UDC) President Ronald Mason display the newly-signed Education Partnership Agreement Aug. 9. The partnership provides NSWCDD support to the university while developing a future talent pool for the Navy from UDC students who are pursuing STEM-related degrees.
