Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Technical Director Dale Sisson Jr., SES, and University of the District of Columbia (UDC) President Ronald Mason display the Education Partnership Agreement, signed Aug. 9. The partnership provides NSWCDD support to the university while developing a future talent pool for the Navy from UDC students who are pursuing STEM-related degrees.
