Sarah Lindsay, widow of Fallen Green Beret Sgt. 1st Class Will Lindsay, and their four daughters cut a ribbon to unveil Lindsay Hall on Fort Carson, Colorado, Aug. 11, 2022. The 2nd Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), operations facility was named in honor of Lindsay, a Special Forces intelligence sergeant who died March 22, 2019, in Kunduz, Afghanistan, as a result of wounds sustained while engaged in combat operations as part of the Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.
