A U.S. Army culinary specialist stocks frozen meals for purchase at the Culinary Outpost kiosk, 19 August, 2022. The kiosk is closed on holidays, “But soldiers can eat at the DFAC or get their items the day prior to closing and we’ll jot it down,” said Chief Warrant Officer 2 Heidi-Ann Wallace, command food advisor, Distributed Management Center 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command. She said when the kiosk is closed for several days for holidays, soldiers could get food for the entire weekend and keep that in their refrigerators.
