Master Sgt. Jean-Paul Williams of the 168th Wing Force Support Squadron, 168th Services, prepares to serve meals during the Fairbanks Veterans Stand Down event at the Pioneer Park Civic Center in Fairbanks, Alaska. Airman of the 168th Wing Services volunteered and provided breakfast and lunch to local Veterans while training on the Disaster Mobile Relief Kitchen Trailer during the 2022 VA Stand Down. The VA Stand Down allows Veterans to receive medical care, information on local community services, food, and winter gear. The event brings the Veterans and the Community together to give back to Veterans while enjoying music, raffles, meals, camaraderie, and services.
