Eric Hanks, commanding officer of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, receives a signed jersey during the "12th-Man Flag" change of command ceremony at Naval base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington, Sept. 7, 2022. The ceremony included a handoff of the 12th-Man Flag from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island to Marine Corps Security Force Battalion Bangor.
