Bryan Dahlquist, commanding officer of the “Black Eagles” of Airborne Command and Control Squadron (VAW) 113 during his trip to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Point Mugu, Aug. 31. CNAF mans, trains, and equips deployable, combat-ready Naval Aviation forces for superior combat readiness. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
