Lt. Gen. R. Scott Dingle, surgeon general and commanding general of the U.S. Army Medical Command, inducts Jacquie Davis as an Honorary Member of the Regiment (HMOR). The HMOR is presented in recognition of outstanding contributions of an individual to a regiment. The induction was held during a ceremony marking the retirement of Davis' husband, Army Brig. Gen. Jack Davis held in the Memorial Auditorium at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Sept. 9.
