SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 12, 2022) Ensign Jackie Wrage, from New Port Richey, Florida, uses a telescopic alidade located on the bridge aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting a replenishment-at-sea in the South China Sea, Sept. 12.
