Coast Guard Cutter Marcus Hanna crewmembers, Petty Officer 1st Class Joshua Huerta and Seaman Sheldon Wessoleck break the shackle that attaches the old chain to the buoy July 28, 2022. The aids to navigation team's mission is to service, inspect, and replace navigational aids in the Northeast that may be due for maintenance, have been displaced, damaged, or are at the end of its hull life.
