Francisco Lopez, 812th Signal Company, Tactical Installation Network-Enhanced commander, bids his Soldiers good luck as they board buses, at the U.S. Army Reserve Center on the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, September 11, 2022, that would put them on their way to Kuwait. The 812th Sig. Co. TIN-E’s mission is to provide cable support to military installations around the country and overseas as needed, providing deployable force projection signal support and rapid communications for the U.S Army, joint and combined operations.
