    Command Sgt. Maj. Norman Delise, 319th Signal Battalion command sergeant major, gave Soldiers from the 812th Signal Company, Tactical Installation Network-Enhanced, Detachment 1, encouragement before they boarded buses at the U.S. Army Reserve Center on the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, September 11, 2022, that would put them on their way to Kuwait. The 812th Sig. Co. TIN-E’s mission is to provide cable support to military installations around the country and overseas as needed, providing deployable force projection signal support and rapid communications for the U.S Army, joint and combined operations.
