U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Allen Adams awards the Top III Association of Prince Sultan Air Base’s Unsung Hero award to Tech. Sgt. Thomas Mitchell, an explosive ordnance disposal craftsman assigned to the 378th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, Sept. 14, 2022, PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mitchell won the month of August’s award for going above and beyond his normal duty tasks while deployed to PSAB. The Unsung Hero award recognizes up-and-coming leaders within the ranks of E5 and E6 who exemplify their service’s core values, often behind the scenes, inspiring others and contributing to improving customer service and the overall mission.
