PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 8, 2022) – U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Ryan Kidd, a weapons and tactics instructor with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 362 (Reinforced), 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, clears a Gun Aircraft Unit 17/A, Aug. 5. The ability to operate seamlessly and simultaneously on the sea, ashore, and in the air represents the unique value of the amphibious capability provided by the Navy – Marine Corps team. Marines and Sailors of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are underway conducting integrated training operations in U.S. 3rd Fleet.
