Norfolk (September 26, 2022) Capt. Eddie “Lee” Duckworth, USN (Ret.), former Director of Education at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, shares some congratulatory remarks at the retirement celebration for BTCS(SW) Tom Dandes, USN (Ret.). Dandes retired from the U.S. Navy in 1998 as a Senior Chief Boiler Technician, and entered federal service with the Hampton Roads Naval Museum shortly thereafter. His retirement culminates two decades of service at the museum as their Military Ceremonies and Special Events Coordinator.
