Norfolk (September 26, 2022) BTCS(SW) Tom Dandes, USN (Ret.), outgoing Military Ceremonies and Special Events Coordinator at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, shares some remarks at his retirement celebration. .). Dandes retired from the U.S. Navy in 1998 as a Senior Chief Boiler Technician, and entered federal service with the Hampton Roads Naval Museum shortly thereafter. His retirement culminates two decades of service at the museum as their Military Ceremonies and Special Events Coordinator.
